How billing works

Billing cycle

Monthly, in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month at the price shown above, plus any applicable tax.

No free trial

Every plan is paid from day one. If you change your mind, the refund policy covers your first 7 days.

Payment

Collected by Razorpay against the recurring card authorisation you give at signup. You are notified before each debit.

Cancelling

Any time, from your account settings or by emailing contact@fnatechnology.com. Your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Changing plan

Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro-rata. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date.

WhatsApp add-on

Billed with your plan on the same monthly cycle, and can be removed at any renewal.

Price changes

We give 30 days’ notice. Your current price holds until your next renewal after that notice.

Minutes and limits

Any AI calling minutes used beyond the included monthly limit are charged at £0.25 per additional minute, billed in arrears with your next invoice.

Minutes are counted per calendar month and do not roll over. Concurrency is a ceiling, not a queue limit: calls beyond your plan's simultaneous limit wait rather than drop. If you are regularly going over, email contact@fnatechnology.com and we will move you to a plan that fits.

What is not included

Telephony and phone-number charges billed by your carrier, and WhatsApp Business Platform conversation fees charged by Meta on the WhatsApp add-on, are not part of the plan price. Where we pass any of these through, they are shown as separate line items on your invoice — never bundled silently into the subscription.
